Many Top 100 universities award their own merit scholarships to strong international applicants, reducing tuition by 10–100%. T100U identifies which of your target universities offer merit awards and positions your application to compete for them.

Malaysia branch campuses & partners

Selected partner universities — including the Malaysian campuses of Monash, Nottingham and Southampton — offer foundation-year scholarships of up to 100% for students with strong IELTS or SAT results. If you have high English or SAT scores, we can position you for a funded foundation year that leads directly into a Top 100 bachelor's degree.

University of Melbourne

Automatic consideration for high-achieving international undergraduate applicants, ranging from partial fee remissions to full-fee awards. No separate application — admission strength decides.

Monash University (incl. Malaysia campus)

Merit awards for international students at Monash in Australia, with separate high-achiever and merit schemes at Monash Malaysia — one of the most cost-effective routes to a Top 50 degree.

University of Nottingham Malaysia

Tuition discounts for students with strong academic results entering foundation or undergraduate programmes at the Malaysia campus of the University of Nottingham.

Government of Singapore / NUS & NTU

Substantial tuition subsidy for international undergraduates at NUS and NTU in exchange for a three-year work bond with a Singapore-registered company after graduation — a well-trodden route for Central Asian students.

HKU, HKUST, CUHK, PolyU, CityU

Hong Kong's Top 100 universities award entrance scholarships — from partial tuition to full support — to outstanding international admits, usually automatically based on admission results.

UK Government (FCDO)

The UK government's global scholarship for one-year Master's degrees: full tuition, living allowance and flights. Requires work experience (typically 2+ years) and leadership potential. Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan are all eligible countries.

German Academic Exchange Service

Germany's national exchange service funds Master's and doctoral study, with development-related EPOS programmes particularly open to Central Asian applicants. Note that German public universities charge little or no tuition even without a scholarship.

Government of Japan

Japan's national scholarship covering tuition, a monthly stipend and airfare. Applied via the Japanese embassy (embassy recommendation) or directly through a university. Central Asian citizens are eligible through their local embassies.

Government of South Korea (NIIED)

Korea's flagship scholarship: full tuition, stipend, Korean language year and flights. Applications go through the Korean embassy or directly to participating universities; Central Asian countries receive dedicated quotas.

China Scholarship Council

China's national scholarship covering tuition, accommodation and a monthly stipend at Chinese universities — including Tsinghua, Peking, Fudan, SJTU and Zhejiang. Strong strategic fit for Central Asian students; apply via embassy or university track.

European Union

EU-funded joint Master's degrees taught across two or more European universities, with full scholarships (tuition, travel and stipend) for non-EU students. Central Asian applicants are fully eligible.

US Department of State

The US government's flagship exchange funds Master's study in the United States for citizens of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, administered through the US embassy in each country.

Government of France

France's excellence programme for international Master's and PhD students, providing a monthly allowance, travel and insurance (tuition is handled separately by the host institution). Applications are submitted by the French university, so admission comes first.

Government of Switzerland

Switzerland's federal scholarship for research-oriented postgraduate study (research fellowships and PhD) at Swiss universities including ETH Zurich and EPFL, open to Central Asian researchers via the Swiss embassy.

Government of Australia

Australia's development scholarship covers full tuition, travel and living costs for Master's study. In Central Asia, eligibility currently focuses on Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan — check the current intake list.

Government of Ireland (HEA)

A one-year award for high-achieving international students at Irish higher education institutions, including Trinity College Dublin and UCD: a €10,000 stipend and a full tuition waiver for one year of study.

Government of Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan's flagship government scholarship, funding citizens for Bachelor's, Master's and PhD study at leading foreign universities. Covers full tuition, a monthly living stipend and travel. Admission to a top-ranked university is required — T100U prepares your Top 100 admission and your full scholarship dossier together.

Government of Uzbekistan

A newer El-Yurt Umidi direction that selects talented youth from every mahalla — including students from lower-income families — prepares them through preparatory courses and sends them to matching foreign universities.

Government of Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan's flagship presidential scholarship for full-time degrees at leading foreign universities, with tuition and living costs covered. Independent admission to a qualifying university is required first — exactly what T100U delivers.

Government of Tajikistan

The Government of Tajikistan funds citizens admitted to the world's top universities, covering tuition, accommodation and living costs. T100U prepares both your admission and your scholarship dossier for the Center.

Ministry of Education and Science, Kyrgyz Republic

Study-abroad support administered through the Ministry of Education and Science for citizens pursuing degrees at recognised foreign universities.

National Bank of Uzbekistan

The National Bank of Uzbekistan sponsors outstanding students toward tuition at Top 100 world universities, on condition of returning to work in Uzbekistan after graduation. T100U secures the required Top 100 admission and guides the sponsorship application end-to-end.
