Privacy policy

When you request a consultation or apply through our forms, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, and optionally email, Telegram username, study destination, study level, budget range and your message. Browsing the site does not require an account.

We use your details for one purpose: to advise you and process your university applications. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Consultation requests are stored in our secure database (hosted on Supabase) and processed in our own application system. Access is restricted to our counselling staff.

If you arrive through a partner agency's link, we store that agency's code in a cookie for up to 90 days so your consultant knows who referred you. The cookie contains no personal information, only the partner's code and date.

We use only functional cookies: your language preference and, where applicable, the partner referral code above. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

When you ask us to submit an application, we share the required documents and details with the university and, where applicable, its official application channels. We share only what the application requires.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us. We respond within a reasonable period.
